Our somatic and breathwork coaching services are educational, not medical or therapeutic. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, as outlined in our Liability Waiver and Medical Disclaimer.
2.3. Intellectual Property
All website content, coaching materials, and methods are owned by Returning 2 Center, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.
2.4. Payment and Refunds
Payments for services are non-refundable. Packages may be rescheduled within the program term if mutually agreed. Late payments incur a 5% fee after five (5) days.
2.5. Limitation of Liability
Returning 2 Center, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from website use or coaching services. Our liability is Limited to the amount paid for services. You assume all risks of participation, including physical/emotional responses from somatic or breathwork practices.
2.6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
2.7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through 30 days of good-faith mediation, followed by binding arbitration in Tulsa, Oklahoma, under AAA rules.
