Join Me for a 5-Minute Centering Practice

A simple way to feel calm, clear, and steady — right where you are.

This short centering practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body, slow down your breath, and find steadiness in the middle of a busy day.

Centering helps you bring your attention back into your body so you feel more grounded and less scattered.
It’s a way to clear your mind and respond from groundedness rather than reacting from stress.

With regular practice, you’ll notice it becomes easier to return to balance no matter what’s happening around you — and to stay aligned with what matters most to you, whether that’s your health, your relationships, or how you want to show up in the world.

Before You Begin:

  • Set aside about 5 minutes in a quiet space.

  • Keep your eyes open and let your gaze soften.

  • Breathe naturally — there’s nothing to get “right.”

  • You can do this practice sitting or standing.

Once you’ve learned the flow, you can come back this anytime and anywhere — one slow breath, a gentle awareness of your body’s length–width–depth, and a quiet re-commitment to what matters most.

Each time you practice, you’re teaching your body how to return to balance more easily. Over time, that steadiness becomes your new normal — a grounded, peaceful way of being that you can return to naturally.
